You should register all of your appliances online in order for your warranty to be valid. Booking a repair or making a claim under the guarantee may not be possible if you have not registered your ownership first.
You can book an engineer or order parts using the manufacturer details supplied with your apartment.
Please make sure you have your appliance’s E-NR (model number) and FD (production date). You can find these on the rating plate for each appliance.
